Who would overlook the ever-famous line of Peter Parker’s grandpa, “With great power comes great accountability?” The society expects Spiderman, a comic book, TV, and movie champion, to be accountable for saving his town, or even the world, in some examples, from evil because he has wonderful powers.
From all the episodes he seemed in, he never let us down. With the power he owns, he makes sure to be accountable in using it for the good of the persons around him.

The power to lead your persons towards pointing your vision comes with everyday jobs like making sure they are on the right way, being aware of each and everybody’s tasks and errors, and hitting them back on the right path when they get lost.
Who said it is informal to be a leader? Well, it is not…It originates with tons of everyday jobs. True leaders are enthusiastic to receive them all.
There are examples where occasionally it makes us feel better to blame someone or something else when somewhat goes wrong in a task. However, this should not be skilful, exclusively by a good leader!
A leader should take full accountability of a job – not just before he accepts to take it, but also after it has been talented.
