Agents to work for our International global clients upon Sales with good communication skills (Verbal and Written), Should be learnable and hardworking team members with US or UK experience in any BPO. Minimum 1 year experience of handling the international calls will be the added advantage… US/purely Night shift (Roaster Monthly) Very good earning potential for Sales Professionals. Incentives are higher than salary.
The job profile involves the following
- Preparing the Itinerary as per PAX/Passenger Requirements by Presenting, Convincing & showing the alternate Flight Fare to the International Passengers
- Answering the Inbound international calls related to Flight tickets/Payments/Scheduling/PNR Creation/Baggage etc.
- Ensuring International Outbound sale calls travel related flight fare by understanding Client’s Package Requirements & dealing with their international destinations
- Providing the Passengers with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs and penalties
- To Search the Flight fares and to confirm travel destinations for the Passengers
- Understanding the client travel requirements of each interaction & to provide travel offers, general travel advice to travelers by responds to requests accurately and completely
- Keeping Track of Passengers list of their inputs, Maintaining chat booking & doing cold calls, Preparation of travel related documents like flight tickets, Baggage Support, Payment updating, vouchers etc.
- To be responsible for generating revenues by bringing sales by focusing on achieving the predefined sales target & growth
- Must be a quick learner and smart enough to pick up the industry dynamics faster
